According to the latest information, 13th Gen Intel Raptor Lake processors will offer up to 15% improvement in single threaded performance and up to 40% improvement in multithreaded performance. Most likely, the processors will use brand new Raptor Cove cores optimized for workloads. Intel will keep up to 8 P-cores in the design, but the number of E-cores will increase from 8 to 16. Thus, the flagship configuration here will be 24 cores (8 + 16) and 32 threads (16 + 16).
In terms of release dates, Intel's 13th Gen Raptor Lake line should debut in Q3 2022.
