Bye iOS 15.4 is in beta. The new version of Apple's operating system seems to have fixed the Core Animation bug that prevented animations from going beyond 60fps.
It's not yet clear if all applications will run at 120fps automatically or developers will have to fiddle with code to set this up.
iOS 15.4 also has new emoji, including one with a pregnant man.
