Named the most common failure of smart phones

SquareTrade company, which is engaged in warranty service and repair of electronics, has published the results of a study on the most frequent breakdowns smartphones and prices for repairs in the United States.

66% of cases, the repair falls on various faults in the display, including 29% at the broken screens and 27% scratched screens. Just over a year in the United States was broken about 50 million smartphone displays. Each hour breaks down to an average of 5761 screen smartphone in the United States.

The next most frequently accident was “dead” battery (22%), 16% are problems with the touchscreen and chipped on edges/corners.

The most common cause of failure was accidental drop of your smartphone on the ground. This category includes 74 percent of the cases repair. Followed by the loss of the smartphone from a pocket (49%), fall in the water (39%), accidental dumping of a table or counter (38%), fall in the toilet (26%) and loss of the bags (22%).
