The Russian government will limit and will take control of mobile transfers and payments

In the state Duma introduced a bill that would impose financial control over large cash transfers and payments with mobile accounts, as well as postal orders. The bill was proposed by deputies led by the head of Committee for financial market Anatoly Aksakov.

The bill sets clear limits on financial transactions through a mobile account and e-mail. For mobile payments the limit is set at 50 thousand rubles, and for mail transfers — 100 thousand rubles. Operations in such amounts and more should be tracked and monitored.

Mobile transfers will be tracked by mobile operators, which will be obliged to report to Rosfinmonitoring.

In the explanatory note to the bill States that it is designed to optimize the statutory financial control, namely, to specify for organizations and operations of different types with different limits.
