AMD dominates in the European market of computers

In the European PC market, AMD dominates Intel in sales of processors. This follows from the statistics of sales of processors from a major German retailer Mindfactory at the end of October 2018. The gap in sales in PCs between AMD and Intel was more than 42%.

The share of AMD amounted to 71%, and Intel — 29 %. In the piece, it 13 130 AMD and 5 Intel processor 275. While sales of AMD rose more than 3 thousand, while Intel remained at the same level.

The volume proceeds from sales of money, the situation is somewhat different. The average price of Intel is in October 354,75 Euro, and on AMD chips — 206,82 euros. As a result, the share of AMD accounts for 59% of revenue, and Intel — 41%.
