It seems that the field of elektrozapalom develops even more rapidly than we could imagine. Just a couple of days ago we informed you about the fact that the Corporation is British EasyJet plans to enter the market in 2030, but it is now known that other company of Albion wants to create the world’s first racing electroanalyt. And she promises to make it much earlier than his colleagues, after 2 years.
Just want to note that the creation of the first racing electroanalyt take part of a bigger organization — E Air Race (similar to Formula E, but from the world of competition) and University of Nottingham.
This rapid work on the project was made possible thanks to the fact that engineers do not have to develop aircraft from scratch. You only need to spend, so to speak, “electrificatio” existing model with the engine on conventional fuel. Will be based on one of the planes that took part in the competition, Air Race 1 (or Formula One Air Racing). It is a sport that uses small aircraft, capable of speeds up to 200 miles per hour. Some of these indicators and want to reach the developers of the project.
Experts at Nottingham University are taking part in the project not just. The fact that they are not so much interested in the creation of the first racing electroanalyt much in the early development of elektrosviazi.
“This project will create new technologies that can be used when building a more powerful electric motors for aircraft. For Air Race E we will develop a battery, an electric motor with a propeller and control system aircraft.”
As for the competition, the first competition Air Race E needs to start again in 2020, and organizers are busy preparing for this event. At the moment, in addition to the technical regulations are also General rules of the event and measures to ensure safety.
