The world’s slimmest phone

In Japan presented a phone-sized Bank card, claiming the title of slimmest in the world. Model number KY-O1L manufactured by Kyocera and released by the operator NTT Docomo.

The phone’s dimensions are 91 x 55 x 5.3 mm and weighs 47 grams. The phone is equipped with 2.8-inch monochrome display based on electronic paper, the battery at 380 mAh and support LTE networks. The camera on the phone is not provided.

Kyocera KY-O1L runs on proprietary operating system without the app store. The browser on the phone, but to surf the Internet will have various shades of grey.



The phone will go on sale in November at a price of about $ 284, for which you can buy a smartphone middle class. Note that the record the phone is a stretch — in 2016, Motorola released a much more functional smartphone Moto Z with a thickness of 5.2 mm.
