Apple is investigating the causes of poor communication in the iPhone XS

Apple started an investigation in respect of complaints of iPhone users XS and XS Max about the problems with LTE. I spoke to one of the owners of iPhone XS Max.

Apple contacted him and asked to install the app for tracking cell phone connections to find out how communication problems are serious.

Almost immediately after the start of sales of new Apple smartphones, users began complaining of problems with communication and low speed of LTE and Wi-Fi.

Many people have noticed the difference in the cellular connection between the iPhone XS XS Max, and last years iPhone 8 or iPhone X. the new smartphone connection icon displays less “sticks” and the signal is worse than the predecessors, especially in areas with bad cell signal.

Also problems occur with Wi-Fi. The latter, apparently, associated with the defect. Smartphones choose the 2.4 GHz band when there is an opportunity to connect at the faster 5 GHz. As a result, the speed is less than the iPhone 8 or iPhone X.
