Tesla stopped production because of a fire at the plant

Tesla had to suspend production at one of its factories due to a fire. The fire occurred at its plant, the Tesla Gigafactory in Nevada on Saturday evening, September 15.

Production was temporarily suspended to evacuate employees from the building. On Sunday morning the proceedings were resumed. It is unclear how much damage was caused to the company, but it is clear that there were no casualties and injuries.

As reported by a company representative, the evacuation was carried out as a precaution. Fire captured the coating of the cooling tubes at the furnace on the third floor of the factory and was quickly contained. Investigation into the incident is conducted.
