Russian smartphone users will be able to remove almost all pre-installed apps from their devices. The Federal Antimonopoly service is already working on such a bill.

In the summer it became known that FAS has suggested the government to require manufacturers of smartphones and computers to preinstall the Russian application and provide the option to remove preinstalled apps, except for service.
For the development of the draft law will meet the Ministry of communications in collaboration with FAS and Rospotrebnadzor. The law will implement requirements for pre-installation on smartphones and computers domestic counterparts browsers, mail, music players and other applications.
