In Russia may soon begin to be fined for running an unregistered drones. Government Commission on legislative activities has reviewed a draft on Monday.
The bill amends the Code of administrative offences. For running unregistered drone provided for fines of from one to two thousand rubles.
We are talking about drones weighing more than 250 grams. A fine will be imposed on the user who controls the drone from the ground. In accordance with the amendments to the administrative code, it is called external pilot.
Also ten times would increase the penalties for violation of rules of use of airspace. Owners will face fines from 20 to 50 thousand rubles, if the drone flies “where it should not.”
We will remind, in the summer of 2017 in Russia came into force amendments to the Air code of the Russian Federation, which oblige users to register drones drones from 250 grams to 30 kilograms mandatory.
