Analyst Ming-Chi Kuo (Ming-Chi Kuo), known for its connections with supply chain producers, has shared a new batch of predictions about the iPhone 2018. And even more, has published the summary table of their technical characteristics.
According to earlier leaks, the fall Apple will release two OLED models with a diagonal of 5.8 and 6.5 inches, the new iPhone X and X iPhone Plus, as well as a 6.1-inch “budget” LCD model called the iPhone 9. All of them will receive frameless design, the function of recognizing a user’s face Face ID, and a faster processor A12. The older two models are equipped with dual main chambers, and the youngest — the usual single.
Ming-Chi Kuo confirmed that the entire line of iPhone will be edge-to-edge with a cutout, like the original iPhone X, and the function of recognizing a user’s face Face ID, and also based on the A12 CPU.
iPhone X Plus enclosed in a housing with a steel frame, is equipped with a 6.5-inch OLED-display with a resolution of 2688 x 1242 pixels, dual main camera 12 MP, battery capacity of 3300-3400 mAh, 4 GB of RAM and 64, 256, or 512 GB of internal flash memory. The price will range from 900 to 999 USD.
Updated iPhone X will retain 5,58-inch OLED display, it is different from iPhone X Plus a resolution of 2436 x 1125 pixels and a battery capacity of 2700-2800 mAh. The price will be from 800 to 899 U.S. dollars.
iPhone 9 will have an aluminium frame, a 6.1-inch LCD display with a resolution of 1792 x 828 pixel single camera at 12 MP, 3 GB of RAM and 64 or 256 GB of internal flash memory, battery 2600-2700 mAh. The price will range from 600 to 699 US dollars.
IPhone X iPhone Plus and 9 for some regions can get a version with two SIM-cards. As analyst expects that Apple will take place in the week which begins on September 9.
