The company Meizu started selling its new flagship smartphone Meizu 16th in China. It included models: Meizu 16 and 16 Plus, they are replacing the Meizu 15 and 15 Plus, which debuted in April.
Unlike Meizu 15 and 15 Plus new items received frameless design and aspect ratio of 18:9, and the ratio of the area of the screen to the area of the front panel reaches 91,18%. Moreover, both smartphone has a fingerprint scanner integrated directly into the display.
Meizu 16 Plus features a 6.5-inch AMOLED-display with a resolution of Full HD+ (2160 x 1080 pixels), dual-core camera 12+20 MP with 3x zoom and a front camera 20 MP. The hardware basis became a top processor Qualcomm Snapdragon 845, 6 or 8 GB of RAM and 128 or 256 GB of internal flash memory.
The battery has a capacity of 3640 mAh. Work is performed under 8.1 Oreo Android shell Flyme OS. Dimensions are 160,4 x 78,2 x 7.3 mm and weighs 182 grams.
Meizu 16 got a smaller screen diagonal, the more modest memory options and a smaller battery capacity — 6-inch AMOLED Full HD+ (2160 x 1080 pixels) and a 3010 mAh. Processor, camera and screen scanner it will be the same as in the Meizu 16 Plus. Dimensions are 150.5 x 73,2 x 7.3 mm and weighs 152 grams.
