Sony has named their smartphones, which first updated to the latest Android operating system 9.0 Pie. Six models will start to receive update from September to November 2018.
In the list of “lucky” includes Xperia XZ2, XZ2 Compact Xperia, Xperia Premium XZ2, XZ1 Xperia, Xperia and Xperia Compact XZ1 XZ Premium.
Recall that the stable version Android 9 Pie (Pie) was introduced by Google in August 6. It brings quite a lot of innovations involving artificial intelligence, as well as “native” support for displays with cut-outs in the style of iPhone X. As promised then Google the device that supported the beta program P Android — such as Sony Mobile, Xiaomi, HMD Global, Oppo, Vivo, OnePlus and Essential as well as Android One devices will receive the update before the end of autumn.
