9-th generation Intel CPU with 8 cores will be presented October 1

There were rumors that Intel introduced the 9 generation of processors in October. Although the 10-nanometer chips Cannon Lake company was postponed until 2019, the updates this year will be based on the improvement of the existing 14-nm process. Wccftech informs that on 1 October Intel will introduce new chips Core i9, i7 and i5, which will be branded as the processors 9 generation.

It is expected that the main flagship processor Intel Core i9-9900K will come with 8 cores. Obtained documents show that this will be the first main desktop Intel Core i9, which will include 16 MB of L3 cache and a graphics chip Intel UHD 620. Even Core i7 generation 9, as expected, will come with 8 cores and 8 threads (right now it has 6 cores) and Core i5 is with 6 cores and 6 threads.

When Intel will show a new processor?

According to reports, Intel will launch its first unlocked processors with overclocking, and at the beginning of next year — 9 generation entirely. If starting 1 October does take place, it is expected that these processors will be available on different machines by the end of this year. Of course, the first thing everyone will want to compare the percent of the newest Intel chips AMD Ryzen in games and other tasks. Answers should appear in the next month.
