Under this order, from 1 November to the Federal customs service shall provide international mail exchanger Moscow-Vnukovo customs operations in accordance with the procedure of using the Unified automated information system (UAIS). At the moment in Russia without duties to receive orders from foreign online stores worth not more than 1000 euros a month and weighing less than 31 kg. in excess of the limit fee will be 30%, but not less than 4 euros per kg. According to the agreement in the framework of the EAEU (Eurasian economic Union) the maximum value of the duty-free parcels is to be reduced to 500 euros from 2019 and up to 200 euros in 2020.
