Danish toy manufacturer LEGO, like other successful companies, today, cares about the environment. In the framework of this initiative, the company plans by 2030 to manufacture most of its products and packaging using environmentally friendly and recycled materials. The first step is already done.

It’s called “Plants from Plants” and is available under the number 40320. The set of free blocks is added to the cart when making an online purchase in the official online store of LEGO worth over $ 40. The campaign will last from 1 to 17 August in the UK, Germany and Australia, and from 1 to 14 August in the United States and Canada.
For 2018, the units of vegetative materials will appear in other LEGO sets. These units are 98 percent made of polyethylene, which was obtained from sugar cane. The use of this material complies with Directive world wildlife Fund (WWF). LEGO is his partner. Alas, the LEGO blocks are still not susceptible to environmental degradation, but the company is trying to do the maximum to ensure that their products were more economical.
