The team of the popular WhatsApp messenger announced the launch of long-awaited features — group video calls. The feature is available for users of devices on iOS and Android.
In group a video call can participate up to four people. For this we need to start a conversation with one interlocutor, and then to connect additional participants by using the button in the top right corner.
The developers stressed that group calls are maintained end-to-end encryption, as well as other types of chats. Also group video calling should work even with the best connection to the network.
WhatsApp for iOS and Android is available for free download in the App Store and Google Play.
