The government of Russia launched the program “Incident management”, which will track the reaction to the news in social networks and the actions of the regional authorities to complaints. This was told RBC, citing its own sources.
Monitoring system “Incident management” was developed by the company “Medialogia”. It monitors for key words news in five social networks, as well as the reaction of users to the actions of the authorities. Tracked Vkontakte, Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and Classmates.
The results of the monitoring are sent to the regional administrator. It decides which messages to answer, those are sent to the regional ministries or municipalities that must respond during the day. The answer automatically comes to the regional administrator, in all cases statistics, including those that remained without response from the authorities.
Now the program is tested in ten regions. It is planned to start the system all over Russia in 2019.
