Subscribers of MTS have started to complain about failures of communication. The problems began on the morning of July 18, they are supported by the data service DownDetector.

Users have complained about problems with mobile phones and the Internet. At the moment most are complaining about MTS subscribers from Moscow, St.-Petersburg, Krasnodar, Yuzhno-Sakhalinsk, Kazan, Novosibirsk, Rostov-on-don, Samara, Yekaterinburg and Ufa.

Interestingly, the operator of the malfunction is not confirmed. His spokesman said: “Any failure was not. Some users could experience short-term problems for three to four minutes in connection with the reconfiguration of the equipment. The network worked and works in a regular mode”.
