Deputy head of Roskoshestvo Ilya Loev said: “Previously, Russia was not state standards in the field of mobile applications, and developers focused on the guidelines of the corporations such as Google and Apple”.
It is planned to enter into force from 1 October. Until a national standard has the status preliminary. As stressed by Ilya Loev, they can be used by all stakeholders, including developers from member countries of the Eurasian economic Union (Armenia, Belarus, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Russia). Three years later, the standard must be open-ended, having the status of “GOST R”.
