In the database benchmark Geekbench showed the results of testing the upcoming release of a new generation of laptops MacBook Pro. According to records, the following laptops are based on Intel Core processors eighth-generation Coffee Lake.
The test device is based on Quad-core Intel Core i7-8559U with a clock frequency of 2.7 GHz (overclocking to 4.5 GHz) and 16 GB of RAM. Apparently, we are talking about top-end 15-inch model. The laptop’s operating system is macOS 10.13.6. In the single core test, the laptop scored 4 448 points, and in multi-core — 16 of 607 points.
Released over a year ago, most modern MacBook Pro is based on the seventh generation of Intel Core architecture (Kaby Lake). Their performance, on average, out of 4 606 points in single core test and 9 553 points in multicore.
