Apple has announced that from 30 June 2018 users of older versions of iOS, OS X, and Apple TV will not be able to change payment information in the iTunes Store and App Store.
We are talking about iOS 4.3.5 or earlier, OS X 10.8.5 or earlier, and Apple TV 4.4.4 or earlier versions. These versions of iOS and Apple TV was released in 2011 and OS X in 2013. After June 30, users of devices such software will not be able to change the payment details specified in your Apple ID account.
As noted by Apple, this step is being taken to protect financial data when making purchases in the iTunes Store and App Store. Users of gadgets with the old Apple recommends to update the software on the device to the latest version.
