Automaker Tesla will launch a paid online service for users of its vehicles from 1 July 2018. This was reported resource Electrek with reference to e-mail the sales team Tesla.
According to the document, ordered after July 1, EVS will be offered two variants of connection — free Standard and paid Premium Connectivity Connectivity.
The free package will give access to apps that consume a small amount of traffic, such as maps, navigation, location of charging stations Supercharger. Premium access will provide additional features that users are now Tesla already take for granted. We are talking about such possibilities as satellite view, live traffic view, web browser, music streaming services and functional updates. The exact cost is not yet known, but approximately it will reach a hundred dollars a year.
