The head of Intel resigned because of the relationship with the employee

The CEO of Intel Brian Krzanich, (Brian Krzanich) resigns from now on. This was reported in the official statement of the press service of Intel. Interim Executive Director appointed Robert Swan (Robert Swan), chief financial officer.

As noted in the statement, Intel recently informed that Krzanich had a relationship with one of the employees of the company. Even though it was consensual, they violate the internal rule on inadmissibility of personal relations, which must be respected by all the managers of Intel. The violation was revealed as a result of the investigation with the assistance of outside experts.

Because all employees are expected to respect the corporate rules of Intel, the Board accepted the immediate resignation of Krzanich.

Brian Krzanich was the head of Intel since may 2013. He became the sixth CEO in Intel history and was replaced on the post of Floor Otellini (Paul Otellini). For the first time, Krzanich joined the company back in 1982. Interestingly, Intel has already removed his biography from its website.
