Google released a separate app for devices based on Android. In fact, it is a direct response to the Podcasts from Apple.
Google Podcasts lets you listen to podcasts, subscribe to them and download for listening offline. The app syncs with all Android devices user. On any of them, you can continue playback from where you stopped earlier.
You can adjust the playback speed, there is a skip function pauses. Provided personalized recommendations selected in line with the user’s preferences and listening history.
In the future the developers plan to add various capabilities based on artificial intelligence system, among them — the automatic transcription of different languages.
