In the world there are many conceptual and creative restaurants. Like places where the food is served in complete darkness, or establishments, where the menu is present only molecular gastronomy. Four students from the Massachusetts Institute of technology (MIT) and the chef, winner of Michelin, Daniel Boulud opened the world’s first fully robot restaurant.
The facility is located in Boston and received the name Spyce. It is arranged as follows: kitchen of the restaurant is a 7 Autonomous units, each responsible for cooking certain dishes, and are connected by a system of distributors and drum. On arrival at the restaurant, the customer only needs to choose what he would like to eat. Then offline modules will start cooking. Some modules are responsible for vegetables, some for fruits, some for meat products and so on. For heating food in the Spyce uses the stove, which is heated by magnetic induction. After each cooking plate is cleared.
The kitchen is fully open to the visitors and they can personally see how the robots automatically cook their food. The only employees-people of restaurant Spyce are 2 chefs who follow the work of machines doing the serving of the finished dishes.
