Samsung has patented a flying tablet, following the user

In humans, unfortunately, only two hands, and when he was busy with something, for example, preparing dinner, or iron a shirt, it is extremely difficult simultaneously to hold the smartphone or tablet. Well, it seems that South Korean engineers have figured out how to solve this problem. Samsung has patented a flying tablet-drone who one day may become a reality and become part of our everyday life.

According to the documents published by the patent office, the device will be a tablet computer with a touch screen, which moves in space with the help of the four propellers. The gadget can be controlled remotely using the remote, it will be charged a special docking station, and on Board he will have a gyroscope, motion sensor, accelerometer, sensor for detecting obstacles, the GPS module, as well as the particular positioning system in space, based on the Wi-Fi signals.

The tablet screen will be positioned so to provide the user with the perfect viewing angle. This is done thanks to the flexible mountings between the propellers and tablet. At any moment the device can change its position in space, but stay hanging in the air in front of the user, providing a right angle between the line of his gaze and the screen. The display is also able to rise above the design thanks to a special mechanism. In addition, the tablet will react to voice commands and some gestures are apparently configured in a special menu.

Even if a person turns away from the display, or decide to go to another room, the device will try to move so that the user are in sight, some distance in front of his face. It is very convenient in cases when you have, for example, dirty hands (you cook), but you would like to see before my eyes a step by step recipe. Of course, while this is only a patent that may never be implemented. But the idea will agree, is extremely curious. Given how rapidly evolving modern technology, it is possible that one day Samsung still dare to release such a device.
