The residents in the basin of the Rio Guajataca in the northwest of Puerto Rico on Friday urged as soon as possible, a safe refuge to search. The meteorological institute of San Juan, part of the U.s. National Weather Service (NWS), hit great alarm. A dam in the river, the huge influx of water and is in danger of breaking. That leads to life-threatening floods.
The residents in the region of Isabela and Quebradillas is strongly recommended that as a matter of urgency to higher places to go. For the large-scale evacuation, all available buses are used. By the aftermath of the devastating hurricane Maria is on the island the situation is already precarious.
