Trump focus at the Emmy Awards

LOS ANGELES –

The big star of the Emmy Awards, was president of Donald Trump. During the presentation of the most important American tv prices came numerous Trump-jokes over. Actor Alec Baldwin fell in the prices for his Trump-performances in the satirical programme Saturday Night Live and actress Kate McKinnon won with her imitations of Trumps rival Hillary Clinton, and Kellyanne Conway, an adviser to the president. Also appeared as a surprise Trumps former perschef Sean Spicer on the stage.

The award for best drama series went to The Handmaid’s Tale. Elisabeth Moss for her role in the series was crowned best actress. Best actor in a drama series was just like last year, Sterling K. Brown. In the comedy programs fell Donald Glover as both actor and director in the prices for Atlanta. The miniseries Big Little Lies was a whopping five times rewarded with an Emmy Award for actress Nicole Kidman.

Julia Louis-Dreyfus won for the sixth time in a row as best comedy actress for her role in Veep. The Emmy for best male supporting role went to the 71-year-old actor John Lithgow for his role as Winston Churchill in the series, The Crown. Also for him it is the sixth Emmy Award.
