Employee Netflix series Narcos shot to death in Mexico

TEMASCALAPA –

A locatiescout of the Netflix series Narcos, during his work in Mexico shot. The bullet-ridden body of the 37-year-old Carlos Muñoz Portal was found in his car in Temascalapa, one of the most violent cities of Mexico.

Monday would Portal have been murdered, but the news is only now to the outside. The investigation into his death is difficult because of the lack of eyewitnesses, according to the Mexican authorities.

In his ten-year career as a locatiescout has Portal in addition to Narcos inter alia, worked for the James Bond film Spectre, Fast & Furious, and Apocalypto.
