’Bomb didn’t completely finish’

LONDON –

The attack in London is committed by an improvised bomb that only half went off. That tells police spokesman Mark Rowley.

It comes to a so-called ’Improvised Explosive Device’, a nice term that the police use for a patched together explosive.

The police also confirmed to the British newspaper The Guardian that the homemade bomb was not completely triggered. That team of experts concluded that the explosive have watched. The news suggests that the attacks, no deaths, worse it could have been.

By the amateurish character of the police is no indication to take into account a co-ordinated series of attacks on the subway system.
