IS-fighters reach Deir al-Zor

BEIRUT –

Buses with IS-fighters, who were evacuated from an area near the Lebanese border Wednesday, Deir al-Zor in the east of Syria. The evacuation took place after the organization of a Hezbollah prisoner had been released. That confirmed a commander of the Lebanese militia who meevecht with the Syrian army of president Assad.

Damascus and Hezbollah were last month that almost three hundred jihadists and the same number of family members, an enclave on the Syrian-Lebanese border were allowed to leave after a fierce offensive. By the us-led coalition has prevented the buses, however, drive to Deir al-Zor, and then the convoy split up in two. It is unclear whether all the vehicles have arrived in the area around the town where Islamic State, yet the service belongs to.
