In a vakbondsdemonstratie in Paris against the proposed easing of the French labour law, Tuesday, riots broke out. Groups of masked young people threw stones and other objects at police, who responded with tear gas and the deployment of water cannons.
Some of the rioters were arrested and taken away. How many arrests were made in could the police not to say.
