Furniture store Houston let evacuees stay

HOUSTON –

A furniture store just outside of Houston offers all day for about 200 evacuees of the floods to help. Chairs, sofas, and beds; it is the only grip that the sudeten people from the American town still have.

The entrance of the store is filled with towels, clean clothes and toys, all donated by the local population. Owner Jim McIngvale stands next to his great commercials also known as a very generous person. “We drove our trucks through the water to save people,” he says at CNN.
