Franz W. went in with a chainsaw, on the 24th of July to the office of the health insurance company in Schaffhausen, and injured two employees seriously. He fled, but was a day later arrested. He was already in for a long time as a mental deviant. The man lived reportedly for weeks in a car in a piece of woods near Schaffhausen.
The fifty-year-old man had eighteen years ago a heavy car accident, with severe head injuries and permanent damage as a result. The Swiss was then for many years in the battle with his insurance on the accounts. ,,At the end escalated the situation”, according to his lawyer.
