AI Hawkeye’s going to tell on you to his boss

So far artificial intelligence is not a danger to humans and perform useful and necessary functions. Could, for example, to banish cats from the lawn, played in and studied to diagnose the disease. But that all changed when the company Nintex created AI that is designed to monitor the efficiency of employees.

Hawkeye — so translates the name of development — can follow everyone who is in the office. The program is able to consider what the task performs a particular employee, how well and quickly he can do the job.

She watches over all, from the very first day, monitor how, over time, decreases or increases employee productivity, given the fact how long it takes the new guy to join the team and start to benefit.

Noticing that someone has become worse to handle, the program must report the offending staff member about it by sending him a schedule of works and notification that he does not fit. If the person starts to work, apart from the objectives, Hawkeye immediately report it to their superiors by submitting to him a full statement about the person.

“Snitch” has already been tested in a large number of companies, and then came to the conclusion that the program is very good, because in addition to everything described above, it may also tell superiors what tasks can perform the same robotic as she is. This, according to developers, will allow to automate many processes and save a lot of money.
