A court in China has a man sentenced to death for the murder of his parents and seventeen others. That committed last year in a village in Yunnan province, after a quarrel about money.
According to Chinese state media was Yang Qingpei angered when his father was abused because he had the money wanted to borrow. He killed his father and his mother. His escape mask he killed then seventeen neighbors.
The man was the next day held in the city of Kunming. He confessed and repented, but that was not enough for the death penalty to avoid. He’s not going against his sentence on appeal.
