Artificial intelligence has long been brewing beer, so what’s the worst wine? Nothing. And in many ways even better, so an Australian company Ailytic decided to create its own AI, capable of nice work in the field of winemaking, selecting ingredients, selecting the best time for collecting and storing.
Developed Ailytic the system analyzes various information obtained from factories, vineyards, and from the master program specialists indicating the type of wines, which it is necessary to work, — every variety of wine needs a certain way to be. All this while working on a certain grade takes into account the new AI. In addition, it monitors and condition of the finished product, paying attention to the bottling, labeling, storage temperature and other conditions. This data is supplied to the program in real time.
“When it comes to winemaking, all at once imagine a creative process where everything is done by hand, Packed in special barrels and so on. This is true if we’re talking about small production, but the majority of commercially available wines made huge batches. Then our development and useful, because to control a huge manufacture a person much more difficult,” — says one of the co-founders Ailytic James Balzary.
In Ailytic claim that the program helps save money and control the process. The development attracted the interest of many major manufacturers.
