Man struck by lightning during speech wedding daughter

LOWER WOODSTOCK –

A man from the Canadian state of New Brunswick will be the wedding of his daughter will not soon forget. While he speech, he was struck by lightning. “My family was shocked,” said JP Nadeau that with the terror was released.

“I thought death would fall”, said JP Nadeau at CBC News. “I said just to tell my new son-in-law that he is a lucky guy was when I was hit. Boom!”

“My hand lit up’

“I had a microphone in my hand when suddenly I was hit. My hand lit up and I was a big spark. It seemed as if I were a bolt of lightning in my hand. It was great,” said Nadeau.

Although his family shocked responded, there appeared to be nothing to worry about. The wedding just went by. “It was a beautiful wedding,” says Maggy Thomas, the wife of Nadeau. “But that was quite a scare.”

Knee feels even better’

In 2015 came Nadeau was also in danger. He was on a cruise ship in the falkland islands when the fire broke out. When he was rescued by the British air force. “I come more often in contact with death. But the death continues to ignore me.”

Nadeau has a scar on his thumb now. “But I’m fine. Even my knee feels a little better.”
