PARIS/NANTES –
Heavy rains in parts of France to flooding and much damage resulted. French media reported Monday that there is in Paris since 1880, not so much rain in such a short time is cases. Approximately 50 millimeter collapsed Sunday evening in the city in an hour’s time down.
Plenty of parking garages, basements and subway stations were under water. The traffic in the underground’s Monday morning again came, but three metro stations were due to the flooding are still closed. Also the west of France, especially in Nantes, suffered under the ’great flood’.
