Hardware-software complex, developed by engineers at research Institute “Polyus” and holding “Schwabe” will effectively monitor the condition of buildings, identifying defects in construction and thus promptly correct errors or to enhance a single part of the house.
Specially developed software recreates the investigated building on the computer and then registers all the key points of the building parameters, the corresponding valid values. After that, the set laser gyro sensors and other equipment that can transmit the collected information to a computer engineer with installed software that compares the returned value with the valid, thus allowing to identify problems long before they appear.
“The development allows to improve the quality of control of a condition of a building or structure and, in comparison with the existing methods of measurement to determine stress in design, but also deformation. This is due to the fact that our system creates a conditional image of the object and records the minimum deviation from the set parameters”, – quotes the website of rostec General Director of Polyus research Institute Evgeny Kuznetsov.
The new development is able to analyse buildings and to identify deviations at different loads on the structure, therefore, may be useful in the analysis of commissioned buildings.
