King Willem-Alexander and queen Máxima have Wednesday evening in the Palazzo Colonna in Rome, said goodbye to the Italian president, Sergio Mattarella. That happened after a concert and reception that the king and queen their Italian host was offered as a thanksgiving for the hospitality during the Tuesday, started his state visit. With the goodbye is that visit is formally at an end, even though there is Thursday and Friday continue to be in Milan.
The formal outcome, however, makes it possible for Thursday to start a new state, that of the Holy see in Vatican city.
