Qatar refuses to provisionally negotiate with the Arab countries that has a high sustained conflict. Doha wants to only talk with the neighbours if the sanctions are lifted, said the Qatari minister Mohammed bin Abdulrahman al-Thani (Foreign Affairs).
“Qatar is blocked, there is no negotiation”, said the minister against reporters. “They need to unblock.” The minister complained that the neighbouring countries will still not have made clear what their requirements are.
