Egypt continues to extremists in Libya to harass

BENGHAZI/CAIRO –

Egyptian fighter jets have Monday of new attacks on islamic extremists in the Libyan city of Derna. The attacks take place in consultation with the Libyan National Army, said a spokesman of the eastern Libyan faction, which is connected with Egypt.

Targets were command & control centers, training camps and wake. The Egyptian minister of Foreign Affairs Sameh Shoukry said on Monday that the training camps is a direct threat to the Egyptian national security. The recent attacks on coptic christians, show that the extremists from Libya can strike in Egypt, the minister said at a joint press conference with his Russian counterpart Sergey Lavrov.

Terror group Islamic State claimed last week the responsibility for the murder on 29 christians in Egyptian province of Minya. Last month it claimed HAS already been two bomb attacks on two churches in Cairo and Alexandria to more than 45 people life cost.
