“Audi mechanic commits suicide after nagging colleagues”

A bizarre story from the United Kingdom.

The 18-year-old George Cheese was as happy as a child. Initially, the young man as a mechanic in the army, but for medical reasons he had to stop. Fortunately, if he as an apprentice mechanic to work at the local Audi garage. The celebratory mood struck, however, soon to.

It will not much surprise that in most of the garages have a certain mannencultuur prevails and there you can take a joke. The colleagues of Cheese were, however, much too far in their bullying. So was the young mechanic locked up in a cage, after which his clothes were soaked with brake fluid and set on fire.

The parents of George also saw that their son still often came home with bruises and burns in his clothes. the day before Cheese himself commited suicide, he tried to start a discussion with his dad, but who was at that time engrossed in a game of golf on television. It will not surprise you that the man himself can not forgive that he (too) little has been done to his son to support.

In addition, Cheese has often indicated that he was terrified to go to his work. Unfortunately did the parents of George with the promise that all would be well. In addition, the boy had already been an overdose of medication taken. The story is, however, still crazier.

On an evil day arrived George at work, to which his manager responded with “oh, so you are alive after all”. Complaints about the behaviour of the rest of the staff waved the manager away with “those naughty boys, I have told them about this”. The same manager was present when the Cheese in the cage was locked up, which the boss reportedly laughing and walked away.

After the death of Cheese, the manager has measures in place to prevent such practices ever occur in the garage. Fine for him, but for us, it is ridiculous that there is so much to do for the social environment once a thorough review. (via: The Telegraph)
