ANKARA –
The Turkish authorities have more than 4,000 judges and prosecutors from their office since the failed coup of last year. They are suspected of being involved with the couppoging, said minister Bekir Bozdag of Justice Friday.
Bozdag said during a speech in Ankara that followers of islamic clergyman Fethullah Gulen from the judiciary have been removed. The Turkish rulers to keep the movement of Gulen responsible for the couppoging. The spiritual, who live in the United States, has any involvement is denied.
The Turkish authorities carried out after the couppoging a great purification. More than a hundred thousand people are suspended or fired. These include police officers, civil servants and business people.
