The EU and the International Monetary Fund (IMF) are the Monday night not agreed on debt relief for Greece. The IMF, which believes that the Greek debt is unsustainable, and will therefore still not participate in the support programme for Greece. For the Netherlands and Germany, IMF participation is a requirement for fresh money to Athens.
Now the Greek parliament on Thursday approved a series of new, painful interventions in the pensions and taxes, charges prime minister Alexis Tsipras on his lenders. The country in July, around 7 billion euro is needed for the repayment of some loans. According to eurogroepvoorzitter Jeroen Dijsselbloem is there now ,,continue working” so that the country in time to meet its commitments.
In June, hope the euro countries and the IMF to still be able to be on the walking the way to Greece.
