1800 people after landslide in India

NEW DELHI –

A landslide in the north of India, has Saturday, the access road to a major hindu temple blocked. About 1800 visitors, mainly pilgrims, therefore, no part is more on their car, as have the authorities in the state of Uttarakhand said.

The ground is shifting due to the ongoing heavy rains. Later on Saturday, the road will be reclaimed. Aid workers distributed food and water to the people in their cars stuck.

The Badrinath temple border with Nepal and Tibet, annually attracts tens of thousands of visitors.
