Ricciardo: “don’t expect miracles in Barca”

Very briefly, we were full of good hope, but according to the cheerful Ozzie we must remain calm.

The upcoming GP of Spain (this weekend) is a very interesting race. A lot of teams will bring updates, and went even rumoured that Red Bull with a completely new chassis at the start would appear, including a new type number.

That last did not go through and yet the car would be thoroughly addressed, so that the connection with Ferrari and Mercedes can be found. Ricciardo stresses that the car is faster and more reliable, but he does not expect the Austrian/British team Sunday, taking part to the victory.

The chassis itself remained namely unchanged, and therefore limit the updates are mainly to the aerodynamics of the RB13. It is hoped the extra speed to be found, in addition to the updates to make sure that the tires are better exploited. That is listening very closely.

In the meantime, the first photos of the fresh Mercedes W08 the web dripped and it seems that the Germans seriously work have made of the aerodynamics. Check below as an example. Today continued the pit box of Red Bull, hermetically sealed. We can therefore adjust more tomorrow to show the improved RB13. Ferrari has, in fact, the necessary improvements be brought to Barcelona, so it is a tough battle.
